NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BETHANY INLAND WETLANDS COMMISSION (IWC)
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Bethany Inland Wetlands Commission at its regular meeting on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, in the Commission Room of the Bethany Town Hall, 40 Peck Rd, Bethany, CT. The public hearing will begin at 7:45 p.m. on the application of Joe’s Farm LLC for Site Plan Approval and Stormwater Management Plan, regarding a resubdivision, and construction of a single family residence. The application file is available for review in the Land Use Office of the Bethany Town Hall, 40 Peck Road, Bethany, CT.
