The Planning & Zoning Commission of the Town of Bethany will hold a Public Hearing on March 31, 2026, at 7:00 pm in the Commission Meeting Room of Bethany Town Hall, 40 Peck Road, Bethany, Connecticut to hear the application by 695 Amity Road LLC regarding property at 695 Amity Road. The Applicant seeks a Subdivision with a waiver of Open Space under 9.1 b & 11.4 of the Bethany Subdivision Regulations. The foregoing application file is available for review during regular business hours in the Land Use Department at the Bethany Town Hall, 40 Peck Road. The public is invited to attend and be heard. This will be a hybrid meeting. Zoom link available on the agenda on the town website.
