The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Bethany will hold a Public Hearing on April 13, 2026, at 7:00 pm in the Commission Meeting Room of Bethany Town Hall, 40 Peck Road, Bethany, Connecticut to hear the application by James DiMeo, Agent regarding property at 779 Carrington Road. The Applicant seeks 4 variances to allow the construction of a gas station. The foregoing application file is available for review during regular business hours in the Land Use Department at the Bethany Town Hall, 40 Peck Road. The public is invited to attend and be heard. This will be a hybrid meeting. Zoom link available on the agenda on the town website.
