TOWN OF BETHANY

WARNING
REFERENDUM VOTE
Regional School District No. 5
Tuesday, May 5, 2026

A referendum vote of the electors and citizens qualified to vote in a town meeting of the Town of Bethany, Connecticut will be held in the Town of Bethany, at the following polling place:

Bethany Town Hall
Peck Road
Bethany

And simultaneously in the other Towns in the District on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., pursuant to Sections 7-7 and 10-47 of the General Statues. The following question will be placed on the ballot labels:

SHALL THE AMITY REGIONAL SCHOOLS’ BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2026-27 IN THE GROSS AMOUNT OF $58,809,212 AND THE NET AMOUNT OF $57,261,870, BE APPROVED AS PRESENTED BY THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 5?

Voters approving said question shall vote “YES” and those opposing said question shall vote “NO.”
