The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Bethany will hold a Public Hearing on June 3, 2026, at 7:00pm in the Commission Meeting Room of Bethany Town Hall, 40 Peck Road, Bethany, Connecticut to hear the application by Andi Kambo regarding property at 49 Hamilton Drive. The Applicant seeks to construct an accessory apartment. The foregoing application file is available for review during regular business hours in the Land Use Department at the Bethany Town Hall, 40 Peck Road. The public is invited to attend and be heard. This will be a hybrid meeting. Zoom link available on the agenda on the town website.
