TOWN OF BETHANY
The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Bethany will hold 2 Public Hearings on
September 14, 2026, commencing at 7:00 pm in the Commission Meeting Room of
Bethany Town Hall, 40 Peck Road, Bethany, Connecticut to hear the following
applications:
• Application #26-5ZBA -15 Clay Road - Christopher Defeo - Appeal of the
Decision of the Zoning Enforcement Officer regarding the placement of shed.
• Application #26-6ZBA - 12 Earley Court – Matthew B Carlson – Variance from
the Zoning Regulations.
The foregoing application file(s) are available for review during regular business hours in
the Land Use Department at the Bethany Town Hall, 40 Peck Road and online at Permit
Link. The public is invited to attend and be heard. This will be a hybrid meeting. Zoom
link available on the agenda on the town website.
