Submit the Reservation Application. Submit packet via email to reservations@bethanyct.gov or mail to Reservations, 40 Peck Road, Bethany, CT.
Coverage of Insurance for each event
GatherGuard Insurance Coverage
Pay the $50.00 Non-Refundable Application Fee.
Webster Online Payment
Temporary Food Permit-If Preparing Food
QVHD Temporary Food License
Fire Marshal inspection for all food tents, trucks, trailers and similar mobile or temporary food service operations. To schedule an inspection, call 203-393-2100 ext. 1119 or 203-509-6828.
